A free hybrid symposium hosted at the University of Silesia will be organised as a joint professional meeting for project partners, invited experts, educators, SLTs and students from the V4 countries and Ukraine. The event will provide space for exchange of experiences related to CARE Model-based activities developed within the project and for discussion of future directions for cooperation and professional practice. The programme will include expert presentations, national partner contributions and student involvement, allowing partners to present country-level perspectives and implementation experiences. Sessions will be conducted in English and delivered in a hybrid format, enabling both on-site participation and online attendance. The symposium will be organised in Poland due to the applicant’s organisational capacity and access to appropriate academic and technical infrastructure required for a hybrid event. As the coordinating partner, the applicant will be responsible for venue arrangements, technical coordination and overall event logistics. Project partners will play an active role in shaping the programme and content of the symposium. Each partner will prepare a national contribution, nominate speakers and support outreach and participation from their respective countries. Partners will also be responsible for promoting the event through their institutional and professional networks and for supporting student involvement in the symposium activities.
